- 1 cup oat flour
- 1⁄2 cup cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour into lightly greased 8" x 8" pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 300*F convection oven, or 30-40 minutes 350*F conventional oven.
