  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare streusel topping by combining first 2 ingredients in a bowl until crumbly.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl and stir until blended.
  5. Spread in a greased 9 inch round pan.
  6. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
  7. Bake 18-23 minutes or until golden brown.
