  1. Place flour in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium low heat, stirring often until mixture boils and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  3. Sieve cottage cheese into a medium bowl. Beat in egg substitute until well blended. Stir into cooled milk sauce. Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
