Low Fat Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 cup skim milk
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
- Add milk and whisk until smooth.
- Pour batter into lightly greased 8x8 inch pan.
- Sprinkle blueberries on top.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve and eat.
