Low-Fat Banana Spice Bread

Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup oat bran
- 2 Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup applesauce
- 3 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed (1 1/2 cup)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt into a medium size bowl. Stir in oat bran; set aside. In another medium size bowl, beat together Egg Beaters, brown sugar, and applesauce; add bananas. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Beat until just combined. Pour into prepared load pan. Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
