Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (equivalent to one egg)
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon low iodine salt
- 3 mushed medium bananas
Directions
- Beat The Egg
- Stir in milk and oil.
- stir in rest of ingredients.
- cook in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes and make sure to grease the muffin tins!
- feel free to add nuts, chocolate or dried fruit for an extra kick!
