Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Cream the butter, sugar, and applesauce.
- Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Gradually add flour mixture into banana mis.
- Add milk.
- Pour into large loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until done.
