Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon Molly McButter
- 1⁄3 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free liquid egg product
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Bake in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
