Ingredients
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup egg substitute
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Beat egg, water, and molasses together.
- Blend dry ingredients.
- Gradually blend dry and liquid ingredients.
- Pour batter into greased 8 X 8 inch pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
