  1. Lay the lettuce leaf flat on a plate.
  2. Place one slice of turkey.
  3. Spread with pesto.
  4. Top with 1/2 of the red pepper slices.
  5. Roll up.
  6. Repeat with second piece of lettuce and turkey.
