Ingredients
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 2 slices turkey meat
- 1⁄4 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
Directions
- Lay the lettuce leaf flat on a plate.
- Place one slice of turkey.
- Spread with pesto.
- Top with 1/2 of the red pepper slices.
- Roll up.
- Repeat with second piece of lettuce and turkey.
