Low Carb Salsa/Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1⁄8 cup lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Slice chicken breast in half making 8 thin steaks. Brown chicken breasts in olive oil. Add garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Mix salsa, ranch dressing and lime juice together. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Lower heat to low/medium Cover and simmer until tender (About 15 minutes depending on altitude).
