Low Carb Salmon Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 3 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package star kist canned salmon
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Smart Balance butter spread
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Put cream cheese and margarine in glass bowl and put in microwave about 30-40 seconds to soften.
- Add salmon, green onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Mix these ingredients well.
- Pour mixture into a ramikin sprayed with vegetable spray.
- Top with Cheese.
- Bake at 350 about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are bubbly.
