Ingredients
- wooden skewer
- 1 1⁄2 lbs center-cut pork chops, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 (8 ounce) package small white mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch square pieces
- 2 large bell peppers, cut into 1-inch square pieces
- 1⁄3 cup Italian dressing
Directions
- Start the grill.
- Assemble kebabs on the skewers and lay them in a baking dish or platter, then drizzle with italian dressing.
- Grill for 8 min, turning once, or until pork is fully cooked.
