Ingredients
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup flour
Directions
- In food processor, process cottage cheese until smooth.
- Sift flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
