Low Carb Meatcake (Meatloaf)

Yields: 1 very large meatcake!
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 (1/16ounce) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients together in large bowl.
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
- Mold the meat mixture into a loaf in the pan.
- Make the sauce mixture by whisking the ingredients together and pour over top of the loaf.
- Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Cool 15-20 minutes before slicing.
