Low Carb Cheesecake

This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping.

Serves: 8-10

Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

  • 8  ounces cream cheese
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 12  ounces Cool Whip
  • 2  teaspoons vanilla, flavor
  •  pie crust (optional)
  •  fresh fruit (optional)
  •  no sugar added  pie filling, opt (cherry recommended)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (in mixer) and smooth into optional crust.
  2. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling then pop in the fridge overnight.
