Low Carb Blender Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 cup softened margarine
- 2 cups heavy cream or 2 cups half-and-half
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon
Directions
- Place all ingredients, in order listed, into blender and whirl until thoroughly blended.
- Pour into buttered casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes, or until set in the center.
