  • 1  cup  oat fiber
  • 12 cup  coconut flour
  • 13 cup  golden flax seed meal
  • 3  tablespoons  almond flour
  • 3  tablespoons gelatin

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. I also usually add a pinch of Gluccomannan. Use a good gelantin such as Great Lakes for health benefits.
  2. Store in airtight container.
