Ingredients
- 1 cup oat fiber
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flour
- 1⁄3 cup golden flax seed meal
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 3 tablespoons gelatin
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. I also usually add a pinch of Gluccomannan. Use a good gelantin such as Great Lakes for health benefits.
- Store in airtight container.
