Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup egg substitute (Egg Beaters, etc)
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
Directions
- Mix together well, form into 1" balls and fry. You only need the cooking spray for the first round.
