Low-Calorie Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 3⁄4 cup flour
Directions
- spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray.
- mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
- add the flour.
- pour it into the pan.
- bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.
