Low Cal Turkey Tater Tot Casserole

this goes together quick and tastes wonderfully. my 6 yr. old son gives it two thumbs up!

Yields: 1 2 quart casserole

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 (16 ounce) package  frozen  frozen tater tots
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 34 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup  chopped onion
  • 12 cup  chopped celery
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. cook turkey, onion, celery,salt, pepper, and garlic powder in pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. spread 1/2 bag tater tots in casserole dish.
  4. top with meat mixture.
  5. layer last 1/2 of tater tots over meat.
  6. combine soup and milk and pour evenly over casserole.
  7. bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
