Low Cal Coriander Vadi

Ingredients
- 2 cups coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 cup grams flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch hing
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Wet a kitchen napkin and squeeze out all the water.
- Spread it in a flat microwave proof dish.
- Pour the mixture over.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- When cool, cut into diamond shapes.
- Serve.
