Lou Malnati's Style House Dressing

This recipe was published in the 60's in the Chicago area. This is my version of this great house dressing.

Ingredients

• 4  garlic cloves
• 2 1⁄4 cups extra virgin olive oil
• 1 1⁄2 cups red wine vinegar
• 3⁄4 cup wine (Cabernet Sauvigon)
• 1⁄2 tablespoon black pepper
• 1  tablespoon coarse salt
• 1  tablespoon oregano
• 1⁄4 cup sugar

Directions

1. Crush and dice garlic, mix all ingredents. Best if you let set overnight before using.
