Lou Ann's Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup green onions or 1⁄2 cup white onion
- 3⁄4 cup bell pepper
- 2 (15 1/4ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 2 (14 3/4ounce) cans whole corn (drain one)
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) package cornbread mix (cook 1st & set aside)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 cup pimiento
Directions
- Sauté onions & pepper in margarine.
- Add corn, crumbled cornbread, egg, sugar, & pimentos.
- MIX WELL.
- Pour in buttered casserole dish.
- Grate sharp or cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
