Lobster Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can lobsters, chilled
- 1 1⁄2 cups celery, diced
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- salt
- paprika
- salad greens
- 12 ripe olives
Directions
- Drain chilled lobster, and dice.
- Add the celery, mayonnaise, and sour cream and toss lightly. Add salt and paprika to taste.
- Line 4 small salad bowls with crisp salad greens. Pile salad in center and garnish with sliced ripe olives.
