Lobster Jarlsberg Fondue

We use a small crockpot to make our fondues. Very easy. If the cheese and broth start to separate, add more cornstarch. Show more

  1. Shred the cheese. Toss the shredded cheese with the cornstarch until evenly coated. Pour the broth into a pot and set over low heat until bubbles rise. Gradually add the cheese, a handful at a time, until the cheese is completely melted. Do not let boil.
  2. Transfer to a warmed crockpot on low (or keep it in pot to eat). Stir in the juice, vinegar, and lobster. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with dippers.
