Loaded Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup butter
- 2⁄3 cup flour
- 7 cups milk
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 large potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled, cubed
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1⁄4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- In Dutch oven melt butter and stir in flour SLOWLY until smooth. Gradually add milk, stir constantly until thick. Add potatoes and onions. Bring to boil, stir, reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted.
