Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1 cup cheese
- splash milk
- 2 green onions
- sour cream
- bacon
- flour
Directions
- Cook bacon and Dice potatoes to uniform size and place in large boiling pot.
- Fill water to half an inch above the "potato line" bring to rolling boil. Set bacon aside to cool and harden.
- When potatoes are soft, mash them. Season to taste.
- Add cheese and milk. Don't be afraid to double down on cheese. Keep stirring after this or cheese may settle and cook to the bottom.
- If needed, slowly stir in flour to thicken.
- Serve into bowls and garnish with sour cream, chopped onions and crushed bacon :).
