Loa Green Papaya Salad

This is one of my keepers in the search for papaya recipes to use the abundance from my yard.

• Yields: 4 Cups

Ingredients

• 1  to 5 red chili pepper, chopped
• 2  teaspoons garlic, minced
• 1  tomatoes, chopped
• 1  tablespoon fish sauce
• 3  tablespoons lime juice
• 3 1⁄2 cups papayas, shredded

Directions

1. Mix.
