Lizzy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream the first 6 ingredients. stir together the dry ingredients and add slowly to the creamed mixture. add chocolate chips.
- drop by medium cookie scoop onto ungreased bakin sheet 2 inches apart. back at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
