Little Pigs in a Towel

Ingredients
- 2 (8 count) cans Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 32 ounces fully cooked snack-size smoked sausage
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard or 1⁄2 cup brown mustard, if preferred
- 4 -6 ounces gruyere cheese, grated
Directions
- Grease baking sheet and line with parchment paper; Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll out each piece until fairly thin and easy to handle.
- Spread Mustard thinly on biscuit pieces.
- Sprinkle 2 pinches of cheese over mustard.
- Place Sausages onto biscuits crosswise.
- Roll biscuits to enclose sausages with ends sticking out slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crisped.
- Enjoy as is, or serve with ketchup, ranch dressing or similar.
