Ingredients
- 3 (14 1/2ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Will keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
- Little Bro's Tip: Serve left-overs with scrambled eggs the next morning.
