Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup oat bran
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 (1 ounce) packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix all dry ingredients together and combine well. Add all wet ingredients and meat and mix with hands until well dispersed.
- Scoop into muffin tins either sprayed with non-stick spray or lined with muffin cups. Top with ketchup.
- Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
