Lite Cool Whip Frosting

This is a wonderful lite recipe for anyone watching their weight.

• Serves: 15

Ingredients

• 1 (3 1/2ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1  cup skim milk
• 1 (8 ounce) container  fat-free whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Directions

1. Make instant pudding with the 1 cup of skim milk and then add the tub of cool whip.
2. This will frost a 10" x 13" cake.
3. Ice your cake and refrigerate.
