Lisa's Hearty 8-Layer Salad

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Drizzle with oil; tossing to coat.
  3. Place lettuce in 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl.
  4. Place macaroni on top of lettuce.
  5. Place eggs on top of macaroni.
  6. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  7. Layer ham, salami and peas.
  8. Combine mayo, sour cream, green onions and mustard; spread over the top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for several hours).
  10. Just prior to serving, top with cheese.
