Liquid Creamsicle

A delicious ice cream orange flavor drink. Leave out the orange liqueur and replace it another drink flavor or add more orange juice for a kid friendly drink. Enjoy :)

Ingredients

• 2  cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• 3⁄4 cup  orange juice
• 1⁄2 cup  orange-flavored liqueur (such as triple sec)
• 1⁄2 cup  whipping cream (35%)
• 2  tablespoons orange zest, finely grated

Directions

1. in a pitcher combine ice cream, orange juice and liqueur.
2. in a small bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
3. fold into ice cream mixture.
4. pour into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with orange zest.
