Liqueur Cherries

Yields: 2 jars
Ingredients
- 680 g morello cherries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brandy
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole cloves
Directions
- Place all ingredients in jug.
- Mix to combine.
- Pour into large warm sterilized jar.
- Seal, keep jar in fridge.
- Invert daily to dissolve sugar for a week.
- Divide cherry mixture into 2 small sterilized jars.
- Seal, decorate and give as a gift.
