Lipton Soup Roast

Simple crockpot beef roast

Ingredients

• 1 (1 1/4ounce) envelope  Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 3  lbs rump roast
• 1  cup nonfat beef broth
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Place roast in crockpot.
2. Mix broth, onion soup, salt and pepper in small dish and pour over roast.
3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
