Yields: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 3  cups  whole  linseeds
  • 2  cups  whole sunflower seeds
  • 1  cup  whole almond

Directions

  1. Mix together and grind in a coffee grinder until fine. Store in an airtight glass jar in the refridgerator.
