Linguini with Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 (6 1/2ounce) can chopped clams
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat butter in 12-inch skillet.
- Add garlic and onion, cook till soft.
- Add tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add clams and heat through.
- Serve over linguini, sprinkle with cheese.
