Limesicle Pie

I have always loved orange and lime creamsicle pops! This is a simple pie version.

Ready In: 72 hrs

  1. Spread the sherbet in the bottom of the pie crust, then spread the vanilla over the sherbet.
  2. Sprinkle with grated lime peel, cover and freeze for 3 hours or until set.
  3. Can serve with with a half of a lime slice for a fancy look.
  4. Yum!
