Lime Wash Summer Cocktail

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  lime cordial, I use Schweppes
• 1⁄2 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
• 1⁄2 cup  cream
• 1  dash  bitters
•  soda water, to taste and top up

Directions

1. Mix cordial and juice in a jug.
2. Add cream then add dash of bitters.
3. Pour into 4 glasses and top up with soda water to taste.
4. Decorate glasses with a lime wedge.
