Lime Sherbert Twist

Ingredients

• 1  cup milk
• 4  tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄3 cup lime juice
• 2 1⁄4 ounces  tequila
• 1  lime, zest from
• 1  dash seltzer water

Directions

1. Warm the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Let the mixture cool completely, and add the lime juice, zest, and 1 1/2 oz. of tequila.
3. Freeze the mixture.
4. Once it's solid, pour remaining tequila over the frozen mix, and stir.
5. Pour into a glass, and top with seltzer.
