Lime & Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lime juice or 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon poppy seed
Directions
- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Cover and shake well, then refrigerate (will keep for 1 week).
