Lime & Honey Wax Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb wax bean, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lime, juice and zest of
- salt
Directions
- Cook beans in a pot of boiling salted water until just tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water to prevent further cooking.
- Immediately toss with honey, zest and juice, and salt in a large bowl.
