Lime Glaze for Pound Cake or Fruit

Yields: 3/4 c.
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 lime, zest of
- 1⁄2 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and simmer on the stove for a few minutes or until reduced and thickened slightly.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Serve over cake or fruit.
