Lime Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 4 garlic, cloved minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 ounces frozen snow peas, thawed
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lime zest
Directions
- In a skillet, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, peas, basil, parsley and pepper.
- Stir-fry for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add broth and lime juice and cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir in cheese, milk and lime peel.
- Serve as is or over spaghetti.
