Lime Coleslaw Salad

this is great during the Christmas holiday buffets..but I enjoy it any time of the year

Ready In: 4 hrs

Serves: 8-10

  1. dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water, add sherbert and stir until melted.
  2. stir in cabbage, pour into an 8x8" baking pan.or a gelatin mold.
  3. cover and chill about 4 hours -- until set.
  4. cut into squares.
  5. garnish with sour cream.
