  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In large bowl, cream together sour cream and butter. Stir in flour and chill.
  3. Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness and cut with a doughnut cutter.
  4. Bake until light brown, about 12 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until a thick icing forms.
  7. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, if desired.
