Lil’s Chocolate Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup coconut
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
Icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- milk, just enough to bind
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup coconut, extra
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients add melted butter and press into a swiss roll or slab tin.
- Bake 20 mins 180degC (350degF) oven.
- Make a fairly stiff icing; mix all icing ingredients except coconut and spread whilst hot then sprinkle with coconut.
